Thank you so much for visiting our website! We have rebranded and now have a new business name and website. We are so excited to share this exciting news and our journey with all of you.

As some of you may know, we got engaged in August of 2016 under a gorgeous waterfall in Big Sur, California. We always knew that the day would come when we would change our business name (since Katie Guth is becoming Katie DeGroot among other reasons!), and we're thrilled that this day has finally arrived! So, here we are, formally introducing you to DeGroot Film Co.! :)

We worked long and hard to build our new brand and website, catering to the style and wedding vibes that we can't get enough of. It has been a long journey together starting with just wedding photography and then beginning to offer videography as well. We have traveled the country together capturing precious moments for so many love stories. You guys give us life!

So, we want to THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for following our journey and for always supporting us! With that being said, you can stay up to date with our work and contact us through our new website.

We are now:

DeGroot Film Co.

Grand Teton National Park Elopement | Jackson, Wyoming Photographer + Videographer

I met Hannah Hardaway through social media  & a lovely referral from another photographer. We were in contact for a month or so before Devin & I traveled to Colorado, Wyoming, & South Dakota.  Once we were there, we met Hannah & Jeff for a "session swap" to photograph each other.

They are SO FUN & such a nice couple! We had a blast, and the PERFECT lighting for a photo session. There was mountain rain to the north, which you can see in the photos, but it never reached us!

If you follow Hannah's photography, you'll learn that she is an Olympic Athlete. What an accomplishment! We all bonded over our love of traveling, mountains & photography!

The first set of photos were taken at the Moulton Barn. Then, we traveled up Shadow Mountain for the last set, followed by some snacks and this unbelievable sunset!

Enjoy, xoxo
